WEEK ONE (Fasting)
The primary method of the TIMA diet is replacing regular meals with Manna Gold Up.
Resting your body is the central aim of the TIMA Diet. 

The diet program follows a one week fasting period
in which every meal is substituted with
Manna Gold Up.  

In particular, the stomach and intestines have rarely
had a single day of rest in its entire lifespan,
so providing the digestive system a break is extremely crucial and the first step of the TIMA Diet.

Manna Gold Up is a fermented liquid food product that does not require special efforts for digestion and absorption in the stomach and intestines, therefore, allowing them to have a much needed break.

WEEK TWO (Recovery)
WEEK TWO is the recovery time period.
The recovery is an important process that creates
a foundation for health after fasting.

While WEEK ONE is a period of eating only in liquid
meal and restting eating habits as well as the body
system, WEEK TWO is a period in which the body
learns and adopts to the changed eating habits
and lifestyle.

In WEEK TWO, Gunsaeng is consumed as a meal for
lunch with Manna Digestive Enzymes consumed 
after meals to help digestion.

The key purpose of this period is perparing the body
to return to a normal diet without any complication.

  still seek to maintain health, the "Tima ROMAD diet" or

  "1-day fasting" may be an easier option.
